The opportunity to interact with and feed the adorable farm animals was a delightful highlight of my stay.
The promised garden view from our room fell short, as it was obstructed by overgrown shrubs instead of the picturesque landscape advertised.

Feeding lambs was unforgettable
Staying at Little Abbey Farm was a delight! The owners were incredibly welcoming and allowed us to engage with the farm animals. We particularly enjoyed feeding the lambs and exploring the peaceful countryside. The homemade breakfast was exceptional, featuring sausages that my family loved, and I appreciated the convenience of having our own front door.
While the stay was superb overall, I felt that some outdoor facilities could benefit from maintenance, specifically the toy tractors for children. the location is quite remote, limiting dining options nearby.

Engagement with farm animals, access to fresh milk, quiet and restful environment
The promised garden view turned out to be just overgrown shrubs!!! It would be nice if the toy tractors were in better condition for the kids!!! The fridge access could be more convenient instead of being located in a separate dining room!!!

A suitable option for spending a night in Gayton at a good price. The kids loved driving the electric Gator around the farm. Bring some outdoor toys for the kids to enjoy more fun outside.

The room was comfortable and well-appointed with a modern en suite shower. Enjoyed a delightful homemade breakfast, especially the tasty sausages, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Loved taking a stroll around the farm where pigs and lambs roamed freely, creating a charming and leisurely atmosphere. some areas could benefit from maintenance, and a lack of variety in the dining options was noted. The secluded location means limited dining choices nearby.
